Refund Validity
Our refund policy is valid for 7 (seven) days from when you started your active subscription with us. If 7 (seven) days have elapsed since the subscription began then unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or trial items cannot be refunded.
Request a Refund
To request a refund please send us an email to [email protected] with details of your subscription you would like to have cancelled.
Please provide us with the following information:
- Email address linked to your account
- Date your subscription began
- Reason for your cancellation
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time by banks prior to any amounts reflecting in your account.
